These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https:\/\/jrlab3d.com\/ (the “Website”) and all purchases made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms are available in English. Where a translation is provided, the English version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • “We”, “us”, “our”, “JRLab”<\/strong> \u2014 Aproxian Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “Consumer”<\/strong> \u2014 a natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession, within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (\u0417\u0417\u041f).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “Business Customer”<\/strong> \u2014 any customer who is not a Consumer, including sole traders, companies, municipalities and other legal entities acting for purposes related to their trade or profession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “Custom Product”<\/strong> \u2014 any product manufactured, modified, sized, painted or finished to the customer’s specification, including any product ordered in a non-standard size, colour, finish or design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • “Catalogue Product”<\/strong> \u2014 a product offered on the Website in a fixed, standard specification with no customer-specific modification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Sections marked [Consumers only]<\/strong> apply solely to Consumers. Sections marked [Business Customers only]<\/strong> apply solely to Business Customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Products & Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      JRLab designs and manufactures large-format 3D-printed decorative and functional items, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • 3D-printed LED signs, illuminated displays and light fixtures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Decorative statues, figures and mascots<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Themed furniture (benches, tables, chairs, seating)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rubbish bins, photo arches and themed installations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Custom decorative items and props for amusement parks, fairgrounds, retail and hospitality venues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4.1 Nature of the products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        All products are decorative and display items<\/strong>. Unless expressly agreed in writing and confirmed in a separate specification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • They are not children’s toys<\/strong> and are not manufactured, tested or certified to toy safety standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • They are not playground equipment<\/strong> and are not manufactured, tested or certified to playground equipment standards. They are not designed or intended to be climbed on, hung from, jumped on, or used as play equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • They are not fairground rides, vehicles or ride equipment<\/strong>, and must not be used as such.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Seating products are designed for ordinary seated use by one person per seating position and within the stated load limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Where a product is supplied with stated load limits, installation instructions or usage restrictions, the customer is responsible for observing them and for supervising use in their venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4.2 Handmade variation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Products are 3D-printed and hand-finished. The customer acknowledges and accepts that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Colours may vary slightly from images shown on the Website, which are indicative only and may include concept renders or computer-generated visualisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Screen calibration affects colour reproduction; exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless a specific reference (such as a RAL or Pantone code) has been agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Dimensions may vary by up to 5% from those stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Minor variations in surface texture, layer lines, paint finish and hand-painted detail are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Where exact colour or dimensional tolerances are critical, these must be agreed in writing before production begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5. User Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Creating an account requires accurate and complete information, which you must keep up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspicious, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              6. Orders, Quotations & Formation of Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Product listings on the Website are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • A contract is formed only when we send written confirmation that your order has been accepted, or when production begins, whichever occurs first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • We may decline any order at our discretion, including where the product is unavailable, where a price or description error has occurred, where the requested design would infringe third-party rights, or where we are unable to meet the requested specification. Where an order is declined, any sums already paid are refunded in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Quotations for custom work are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Where an order is placed on the basis of a customer-supplied design, sketch, photograph or brief, the specification confirmed in writing by us prior to production is the definitive specification. Changes requested after production has begun may incur additional cost and delay, and may not be possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                7. Prices & Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Prices are shown in EUR. Whether prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT is indicated on the Website. VAT is applied in accordance with Bulgarian and EU law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Intra-EU business customers holding a valid VAT number verified via VIES may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Payment is processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.<\/strong> JRLab does not store or directly process card details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • For Custom Products and larger orders, we may require a non-refundable deposit<\/strong> of up to 50% before production begins, with the balance due prior to dispatch. This will be stated clearly before you place your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Delivery, crating and palletising charges are quoted separately unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Ownership of goods passes to the customer only upon receipt of payment in full. Risk passes on delivery (for Consumers) or on dispatch (for Business Customers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  7.1 Late payment [Business Customers only]<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  Overdue invoices accrue statutory default interest under the Bulgarian Commercial Act from the due date until payment. We may suspend production or withhold dispatch on any order while sums remain outstanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  8. Production Times & Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Production and delivery times quoted are good-faith estimates<\/strong>, not guaranteed dates, unless a delivery date has been expressly guaranteed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Lead times for Custom Products begin on the later of: receipt of the deposit, or written approval of the final design specification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • We are not liable for delays caused by the customer, including late approval of designs, late supply of artwork or specifications, or changes requested after production has begun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Large items are shipped palletised. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible to the agreed vehicle type and for providing any unloading assistance, equipment or access permissions required. Costs arising from failed or refused delivery due to inaccessibility are chargeable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery does not include installation, anchoring, electrical connection or commissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    9. Inspection on Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    We ask all customers to inspect their delivery on arrival:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    1. Check the condition of the packaging and pallet before signing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Verify that all items are present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery note before signing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    4. Photograph any damage to packaging or goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      [Consumers only]<\/strong> Signing the delivery note does not affect your statutory rights in respect of goods that are defective or not as described, including in respect of damage that was not reasonably visible on delivery. Please notify us of any transit damage as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 14 days of delivery, so that we can pursue a claim against the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      [Business Customers only]<\/strong> Claims for visible transit damage, shortages or incorrect items must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery and confirmed in writing to office@jrlab3d.com within 3 working days. Claims for damage not reasonably visible on delivery must be notified in writing within 7 working days. Claims outside these periods are not accepted save in respect of latent manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      10. Installation, Siting & Safe Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Where the customer or a third party installs the product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        \n
                      • The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable location, for the suitability and preparation of the ground or mounting surface, and for anchoring or securing the product adequately against tipping, wind loading and foreseeable use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • The customer is responsible for compliance with all local planning, building, fire, health and safety and public-space requirements applicable at the installation site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Illuminated products must be connected by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with the supplied specifications and applicable national regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • JRLab is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from installation, anchoring, siting, electrical connection or use not carried out in accordance with our written instructions, nor from use of the product outside its intended decorative purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        11. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                        11.1 [Consumers only] Catalogue Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                        You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Catalogue Product within 14 days<\/strong> of the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to office@jrlab3d.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/strong> Given the size and weight of many of our products, this cost can be substantial; we will provide an indicative figure on request before you order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier. Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we reimburse only the standard cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        11.2 [Consumers only] Custom Products \u2014 no right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                        In accordance with Article 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (\u0417\u0417\u041f) and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.<\/strong> This includes any product manufactured, sized, coloured, finished or designed to your requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        This exclusion is drawn to your attention before you place an order for a Custom Product, and you will be asked to acknowledge it at checkout or in the written order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        11.3 Cancellation by the customer before delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                        Where an order for a Custom Product is cancelled after production has begun, we are entitled to retain the deposit and to charge for work completed and materials committed up to the date of cancellation, less any amounts we are reasonably able to recover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        11.4 [Business Customers only]<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                        Business Customers have no right of withdrawal. Orders may be cancelled only with our written agreement and on terms covering our costs incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        12. Guarantee, Defects & Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                        12.1 [Consumers only] Statutory guarantee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                        Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under Bulgarian law, which applies for two years<\/strong> from delivery. Where goods are not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the \u0417\u0417\u041f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Complaints (\u0440\u0435\u043a\u043b\u0430\u043c\u0430\u0446\u0438\u0438) should be submitted to office@jrlab3d.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        The statutory guarantee does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        • Normal wear, fading or weathering consistent with outdoor exposure over time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, accident, impact, climbing, overloading or use as play equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Damage caused by improper installation, anchoring, storage, cleaning or electrical connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Damage caused by extreme weather events, flooding, fire or force majeure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Modification, repainting or repair carried out by anyone other than JRLab or a party authorised by us<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Variations expressly accepted under clause 4.2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          12.2 [Business Customers only] Commercial warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                          We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months<\/strong> from delivery. Our sole obligation under this warranty, at our option, is to repair the product, supply a replacement, or refund the price paid for the affected item. The exclusions in clause 12.1 apply equally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          12.3 Cleaning and maintenance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                          Products should be cleaned with mild soap and water only. Pressure washing, solvents, abrasives and harsh chemicals will damage painted finishes and void the warranty in respect of the affected surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          13. Customer-Supplied Designs & Intellectual Property Indemnity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                          Where you supply a design, sketch, photograph, character, logo, artwork or brief for us to produce, you warrant<\/strong> that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            \n
                          • You own all intellectual property rights in that material, or hold a valid licence permitting its reproduction and manufacture by us; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Production of the requested item will not infringe any copyright, trade mark, design right, personality right or other right of any third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            You agree to indemnify and hold JRLab harmless<\/strong> against all claims, demands, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and legal expenses arising from any breach of this warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            We reserve the absolute right to refuse or cancel<\/strong> any order which, in our sole judgement, may involve the reproduction of a protected character, brand, trade mark or copyrighted design, at any stage and without liability beyond refunding sums paid for the cancelled item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            14. Our Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                            All content on the Website \u2014 including text, product designs, photographs, renders, 3D models, branding, the JRLab name and logo, and visual elements \u2014 is the property of Aproxian Ltd. or its licensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, scanning, 3D-capture, reverse-engineering or commercial use of any of our designs or content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property in 3D models, sculpts and tooling created by us in the course of fulfilling an order remains our property, including where the order was based on a customer brief. Purchase of a product does not transfer any rights in the underlying design or model files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            15. Prohibited Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                            You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              \n
                            • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Scrape, data-mine, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse the Website’s content or functionality<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Use automated systems to place orders or extract pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Interfere with the normal operation of the Website or its services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              16. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                              Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of Consumers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of contracts, or business interruption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • [Business Customers only]<\/strong> Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • We are not liable for any loss arising from installation, siting, anchoring or use of a product otherwise than in accordance with our written instructions and clause 4.1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                17. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemic or pandemic, government action or restriction, strikes or industrial action, failure of utilities or telecommunications, carrier failure, or shortage or interruption in supply of materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Where such an event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected order, and we will refund sums paid less the value of work already completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                18. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or any customer account at our discretion, in particular in cases involving fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                19. Complaints & Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                [Business Customers only]<\/strong> Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                [Consumers only]<\/strong> Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, and benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of that country which cannot be derogated from by agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                21. Severability & Entire Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                These Terms, together with the written order confirmation and any agreed specification, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of an order and supersede any prior discussions. [Business Customers only]<\/strong> Any terms put forward by a Business Customer, including in purchase orders, are expressly excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                22. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time your order is accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
