12-month commercial warranty Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Terms are set out in writing before you order.

Large-format printing, fewer joints We print at large scale in our own facility, so a two-metre piece is built from a handful of sections rather than dozens. Fewer seams means a stronger piece, a cleaner surface and less to fail outdoors.

Custom from a photo or a sketch No 3D file needed. Send a photograph, a drawing or just a description — we build the 3D model and send it to you for approval before anything is printed.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Minimums depend on the product and the production method. Small runs are available across most of the range.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. Options depend on destination, product dimensions and order value. We quote freight separately.

Can you create completely custom designs?

Yes. We work from sketches, reference photos, existing 3D files or a written concept. You approve the 3D model before production starts.

Whose designs can you produce?

We produce our own catalogue designs and original designs supplied by our partners. We do not reproduce third-party characters, brands or trade marks without documented rights.

Can we order samples?

Sample availability depends on the piece. Contact us with the product you want to evaluate and we'll confirm options and cost.

How long does production and delivery take?

Lead time varies by size, finish and quantity. Production and delivery timing are confirmed in writing before the order is finalised.

How do payments work?

Terms are agreed at quotation stage. Custom projects usually require a deposit before production begins.

Are the pieces suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Pieces are finished for outdoor placement. They are decorative items, not playground equipment, and are not designed to be climbed on.
